About Me

Hi! I’m Alison 🙂

I founded Spring Ahead Nutrition and Wellness to share my love for healthy living and to support others in building habits that last. My journey started with a background in psychology and public health, where I earned my Master’s in Public Health (Nutrition concentration) and Bachelor’s in Psychology. Moving from Massachusetts to Colorado Springs in 2019 sparked a new chapter, one filled with adventure, community, and a deeper connection to health and wellness.

Since 2019, I’ve been coaching individuals and groups to create consistent, realistic habits that help them feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in their everyday lives. I believe health isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about finding what works for you and making it sustainable.

Outside of coaching, you’ll likely find me experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying the outdoors, or discovering new ways to blend good food, movement, and balance into daily life.
